Make the decision: “When someone makes a decision, he is really diving into a strong current that will carry him to places he has never dreamed of when he first made the decision.” It’s easy to get overwhelmed by the unknowns and finer details of your dreams. Actions will flow out of having confidence in your decision; sitting on the fence will get you nowhere. Paulo Coelho paulocoelhoblog.com

The Environmental Working Group (EWG) released its 2018 Dirty Dozen list. The annual report found that almost 70% of non-organic samples tested positive for at least one pesticide. A single strawberry sample harbored 22 different pesticide residues. And while spinach is loaded with calcium and vitamins, researchers found DDT, a neurotoxic insecticide banned in the U.S., in an alarming number of samples. A “Clean 15” list is also included, identifying the non-organic produce least likely to be contaminated with pesticide levels. Try choosing and growing organic, but if you’re on a budget or your selection is limited, these lists help you focus your attention on avoiding the most contaminated fruits and veggies. Dirty Dozen- Strawberries, Spinach, Nectarines, Apples, Peaches, Pears, Cherries, Grapes, Celery, Tomatoes, Sweet Bell Peppers, Potatoes. Clean 15- Avocados, Sweet Corn*, Pineapples, Cabbage, Onions, Sweet Peas (frozen), Papayas*, Asparagus, Mangoes, Eggplant, Honeydew Melon, Kiwi, Cantaloupe, Cauliflower, Broccoli. *Some sweet corn and papayas sold in the United States are GMOs, so choose organic to avoid GMO versions of these crops. draxe.com

BIG Exercise Mistake… Trying to do too much at once: Enthusiasm can push you into doing too many sets, lifting too much or running too long. Your body's extra soreness can hamper future workouts, but injury is the true risk. If you push your body too far, it breaks. A little soreness is okay, however. After all, the tiny tears in muscles that result from working out create mass as they're repaired. mydailymoment.com

Chiropractic helps anyone, regardless of age. Chiropractic care helps people who have subluxations (misalignments in the spine as a result of physical, emotional or chemical stress). Countless other factors can impair the healing response and chiropractic is not a treatment for any condition. However, if the stressor of other factors is no longer present, people definitely function better without subluxations than with subluxations. Chiropractic adjustments help release the full potential life energy within the body. This allows chiropractic care to be dynamically tailored and is appropriate regardless of age. Chiropractic is appropriate for all people from childhood through old age! The sooner after birth that a child is checked, the better! The health benefits of Oregano Essential Oil can be attributed to its properties such as anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-allergenic. The disinfectant and anti-bacterial properties of this oil were recognized in ancient Greece where they used it for treating bacterial infections on skin, wounds, etc. and also to protect foods from bacteria. organicfacts.net
