As the world awaits a reliable treatment for the coronavirus, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Dr. Anthony Fauci told members of the Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee that rushing a coronavirus vaccination could lead to “negative consequences,” including the disease being enhanced in a person instead of defeated. Did you get that?? Fauci says that fast-tracking a COVID-19 vaccine could be worse than the virus itself!! Some have been critical of the pressure to find a vaccination that will prevent the coronavirus. Talk show host Michael Savage, who holds a Ph.D. in nutritional ethnomedicine from the Univ. of California, Berkeley, argued a vaccination would be “ineffective and dangerous.” So the question should then be, do we really want to wait for a potentially dangerous vaccine or should we build our immune systems up by eating nutritious foods, avoiding junk food, and getting fresh air & exercise, and making sure our nervous systems are functioning properly by getting our spines checked regularly?


Exercise Tip: Cooking dinner? Do standing push-ups while you wait for a pot to boil. Stand about an arm's length from the kitchen counter, and push your arms against the counter. Push in and out to get toned arms and shoulders.


This is the story of the power of chiropractic on immunology. In 1991, Patricia Brennan, Ph.D., leading a team of researchers, discovered an immediate immune boost following a single chiropractic adjustment. The study showed a “phagocytic (white blood cells that destroy unwanted cells) respiratory burst of polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMN) and monocytes” right after being adjusted by chiropractors. This is something only an adjustment and no flu shot can do. In 1994, Life Chiropractic Univ. researchers took a group of HIV positive patients and adjusted them for six-months. They discovered that the “patients whose spines were adjusted had a 48% increase in the number of CD4 cells which are a critical part of immunity. The measurements were taken at the patients’ independent medical center, where they were under medical supervision for the condition. The control group (patients that weren’t adjusted) experienced the opposite effect with a 7.96% decrease in CD4 cell counts over the same period of time.
