"You have it easily in your power to increase the sum total of this world's happiness now. How? By giving a few words of sincere appreciation to someone who is lonely or discouraged. Perhaps you will forget tomorrow the kind words you say today, but the recipient may cherish them over a lifetime." Dale Carnegie - grategy.com

The Children's Health Defense (CHD) recently filed a lawsuit in San Francisco Federal Court charging Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, and three fact-checking outfits with censoring truthful public health posts and for fraudulently misrepresenting and defaming CHD. CHD is a non-profit watchdog group that roots out corruption in federal agencies, including Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and exposes wrongdoings in the Pharmaceutical and Telecom industries. CHD has been a frequent critic of WiFi and 5G Network safety and of certain vaccine policies that CHD claims put Big Pharma profits ahead of public health. CHD has fiercely criticized agency corruption at WHO, CDC and FCC. According to CHD's Complaint, Facebook has insidious conflicts with the Pharmaceutical industry and its captive health agencies and has economic stakes in telecom and 5G. Facebook currently censors CHD's page, targeting its purge against factual information about vaccines, 5G and public health agencies. Facebook acknowledges that it coordinates its censorship campaign with the WHO and the CDC. healthimpactnews.com

Diet Tip: Don't buy any prepared food that lists sugar, fructose, or corn syrup among the first 4 ingredients on the label. If you can't, grab a piece of fruit instead! Also, avoid partially hydrogenated foods, and look for more than 2 gr of fiber per 100 calories in all grain products. Finally, a short ingredient list means fewer flavor enhancers and empty calories. rd.com

This study was published in the Journal of Chiropractic Research. 200 pediatricians and 200 chiropractors were selected and surveyed to determine what, if any, differences were to be found in the health status of their respective children as raised under the different health care models. The researchers found that there is a "definite correlation between chiropractic care and superior health." In fact, this study showed that children raised under chiropractic care are less prone to infectious processes such as otitis media and tonsillitis, and that their immune systems are better able to cope with allergens such as pollen, weeds, grasses, etc. compared to children raised under allopathic (medical) care. There is also a significant decreased history of antibiotic use among the 'Chiropractic' children, indicating a lower susceptibility to bacterial infections as a result of their greater immune system response. 69% of the chiropractic children never experienced otitis media, compared to 80% of medical children who did. Watercress is a cruciferous vegetable that is so good for you that the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention actually classified it as a "powerhouse" vegetable. Watercress has a long history as a nutritious herb and as a natural remedy for many ailments. Not only does research show that this vegetable may be associated with a reduced risk of cancer, but it could also help lower blood pressure, fight inflammation, support bone health and more. draxe.com
