Unclutter your world, unclutter your mind. Take just 3 minutes to declutter your workspace or the room you're in. An uncluttered, simplified and ordered space around you brings clarity and order to the mind. But don't stop there. Declutter, simplify and organize your home and life too, to live in a more relaxing environment. positivityblog.com

The UN Admits the Bill Gates-Funded Polio Vaccine Is Causing an Outbreak in Africa. Africa is in the middle of a polio outbreak and the United Nations has admitted that the paralysis-causing disease is being caused by the vaccine itself. The pandemic started in Chad and Sudan. However, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran are also fighting vaccine-caused polio. In 2019 health officials in Ethiopia ordered 57,193 vials of oral polio vaccine to be destroyed in an incinerator after a similar vaccine-caused outbreak there. It also happened in India, where a college professor and former adviser to the World Health Organization questioned the continuation of oral polio vaccine when the vaccine caused a similar outbreak there. The professor noted that for the past five years, the vaccine has caused more cases of polio than wild polio itself. He also "pointed out that in nearly 40 countries, governments had long stopped [the oral vaccine] due to the risk of polio associated with it." blogs.mercola.com

If you eat smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day, your appetite may be better controlled, helping you adhere to your weight-loss plan. By consistently fueling your body with calories, even limited calories, you avoid the feeling of starvation that derails so many diets. So, if you have 3 meals and a couple of snacks throughout the day, you are regulating your blood sugar and maintaining your body chemistry. everydayhealth.com

Did you know that another way to keep your lungs breathing easier is with regular chiropractic visits? In Sept 2016, the Journal of Physical Therapy Science published a study involving 30 subjects between the ages of 20 and 38 who were currently healthy with no respiratory issues or pain in their mid-back region. Half were randomly assigned to an experimental group, which is the group that received actual spinal adjustments. The rest were assigned to the control, receiving sham treatments instead. At the onset of the study, each subject's respiratory function was tested and recorded. Approximately ten minutes later, depending on which group they were in, they either received either a chiropractic adjustment in the thoracic area of the spine or sham chiropractic. Follow-up respiratory testing occurred immediately following the actual or sham treatment session. Researchers noted that the group that received actual chiropractic had "significantly increased" their forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in one second. The group that received the sham treatments experienced no difference in their respiratory function. This information may be helpful to patients who are already experiencing chronic respiratory issues and looking for relief, but it may also work to reduce the likelihood of lung-related diseases in the first place. chironexus.net
