Fear is a bigger obstacle than the obstacle itself. Any new pursuit requires entering uncharted territory… and that can be scary. But with any great risk comes great reward. The experiences you gain in pursuing your dream will make it all worthwhile. paulocoelhoblog.com

A new study examining how informed consent is given to the COVID vaccine trial participants found that the disclosure forms were not sufficient for the participants to understand that the vaccine could make them more susceptible to worse disease later. "COVID‐19 vaccines designed to elicit neutralizing antibodies may sensitize vaccine recipients to more severe disease than if they were not vaccinated," the study authors said. "Vaccines for SARS, MERS and RSV have never been approved, and the data generated in the development and testing of these vaccines suggest a serious mechanistic concern: that vaccines designed empirically using the traditional approach … may worsen COVID‐19 disease via antibody‐dependent enhancement (ADE). "This risk is sufficiently obscured in clinical trial protocols and consent forms for ongoing COVID‐19 vaccine trials that adequate patient comprehension of this risk is unlikely to occur, obviating truly informed consent by subjects in these trials." onlinelibrary.wiley.com

Diet Tip: Drink a full glass of water 10 minutes before each meal. Your brain will realize you are full within 10 minutes (instead of the usual 20 minutes) using this technique. Have another glass of water with your meal, sipping in between bites, to slow down your eating. Also, chew each bite about 15 times or until you reflexively swallow. healthyeating.sfgate.com

This is a case study about a 29-year-old female who decided to seek chiropractic care for the primary complaint of cold, stiff hands with discoloration for the past 10 years (Raynaud's Syndrome). She was also experiencing occasional stiffness in the upper and lower back and seeking care for these conditions as well. There was no family history of Raynaud's beforehand. She proceeded to get her spinal misalignments (vertebral subluxations) corrected by this chiropractor for 11 weeks (for this study). Thermography assessments (heat patterns in the body) were performed at each of the 15 chiropractic visits to monitor the pre-adjustment pattern analysis for care. X-ray studies were utilized to show the correction of abnormal curvature of the neck and abnormal positioning of the pelvis. The results of the thermography scans at the 15th chiropractic office visit showed significant thermal response resulting in improved neurological function and reduced symptoms due to Raynaud's Phenomenon. Chiropractic helps improve function in the body. Who do you know who could benefit from Chiropractic care? vertebralsubluxationresearch.com

Lima beans are a very good source of cholesterol-lowering fiber. In addition to lowering cholesterol, lima beans' high fiber content prevents blood sugar levels from rising too rapidly after a meal, making these beans an especially good choice for individuals with diabetes, insulin resistance or hypoglycemia. When combined with whole grains such as rice, lima beans provide virtually fat-free high quality protein. whfoods.com
