Even if your life isn't perfect, you can always build towards a goal you're passionate about. Working towards a goal gives us something positive to focus on and lays the foundation for future success. No matter what your passion is, get out there and start doing something. As Lao Tzu said, even a journey of 1,000 miles begins with a single step. pickthebrain.com

The World Health Organization (WHO) just released a guidance memo warning that high cycle thresholds on PCR tests will result in false positives. The "gold standard" Sars-Cov-2 tests are based on polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The higher the "cycle threshold" or "CT value", the less likely you are to be detecting anything significant. This new WHO memo states that using a high CT value to test for the presence of Sars-Cov-2 will result in false-positive results. PCR tests were easily manipulated and potentially highly inaccurate as most of us know. So why has the WHO finally decided to say this is wrong? We have a vaccine now. We don't need false positives anymore. So, after everyone has been vaccinated, all the PCR tests being done "under the new WHO guidelines", and running only 25-30 cycles instead of 35+. After months of flooding the data pool with false positives, miscounting deaths "by accident", adding "Covid19 related death" to every other death certificate…they can stop… as long as we all do as we're told. Any signs of dissent - masses of people refusing the vaccine, for example - and the CT value can start to climb again. Just watch and see! healthimpactnews.com

Did you know that, for every inch your head moves forward from its natural position (ear opening centered over the middle of your shoulder), it gains 10 pounds in weight as far as the muscles in your upper back and neck are concerned. This also contributes to nerve compression in your neck and upper back. This nerve compression may cause headaches at the base of the skull. Pressure on certain nerves can also mimic sinus (frontal) headaches. Rene Cailliet M.D., of the Univ. of So. Cal. states that forward head posture (FHP) can add up to thirty pounds of abnormal leverage on the cervical spine. This can pull the entire spine out of alignment. FHP may result in the loss of 30% of vital lung capacity, too. Persistent FHP puts compressive loads on the upper back and is also associated with the development of Upper Thoracic Hump (Dowager Hump). Left uncorrected, FHP will continue to decline. Chiropractic can be very corrective for FHP by reversing the joint fixations (subluxations) and in re-invigorating the muscles that normally retract the head. chiro.org

Chronic inflammation is one of the leading drivers of many serious diseases including heart disease, cancer, type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer's disease and even obesity. Pomegranates have potent anti-inflammatory properties, which are largely caused by the antioxidant properties of the punicalagins present. Test-tube studies have shown that pomegranates can reduce inflammatory activity in the digestive tract, as well as in breast cancer and colon cancer cells. healthline.com
