When you notice that you’re in a stressful situation, pause for a moment. Take a minute to relax your muscles and take a deep, mindful breath. The mind and body are connected, and your breathing rhythms can affect your emotions, so focusing on your breath can help calm your body and mind. Taking a breath can help you hit the “reset” button, creating a small pocket of space between you and the stressful situation.

The U.S. Government funded VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System) is a database of reporting vaccine injuries and deaths since 1990. Most of the public and many in the medical field, don’t even know it exists, and therefore only a fraction of cases are reported (less than 1% is the estimate). But the real value of VAERS is that it has been in existence for more than 30 years and contains reports of injuries and deaths following all FDA-approved vaccines during that time period. So we can do a true “apples to apples” comparison of vaccine injuries and deaths from 1990 to the experimental COVID-19 vaccines that were rolled out in 2021. Using the U.S. Government’s own data in VAERS reveals the explosion of neurological diseases that have been reported following COVID-19 experimental shots, as compared to all FDA-approved vaccines for the previous 30 years. Last year alone, cases of Aphasia (inability to comprehend or formulate language) increased 6,808%, cases of palsy, primarily Bell’s palsy (facial paralysis), increased 3,614%, cases of encephalopathy (disease of the brain) increased 3,128%, and cases of strokes, primarily ischemic strokes (blood clots in the brain), increased by an incredible 101,863% following COVID-19 vaccines in 2021.

Holiday Diet Tip: People are often in a rush during the holiday season, which frequently leads to multitasking during meals. Those who eat while distracted are more likely to overeat because they’re unable to pay attention to their body’s fullness signals. Try to chew slowly and thoroughly, which will allow you to better recognize your body’s fullness signals and consume fewer calories.

Chiropractors focus on the spine because this is where the delicate nerves are most likely to be compressed or irritated as they pass through on their way to control all parts of your body. If there is interference to the nervous system, then whatever body part or function that nerve was controlling will stop working at 100%. The majority of spinal problems arise from physical, mechanical stress to your body such as accidents, injuries, prolonged sitting, etc. These stresses and injuries result in stiff immovable joints which in turn cause surrounding joints to become overworked, loose and eventually damaged. Who can benefit from chiropractic care? All ages can benefit from chiropractic care. Even a single chiropractic adjustment in the right circumstances can result in unbelievable improvement in the quality of life of a patient. Until you die, your body has an incredible ability to heal and improve!

Chronic inflammation is one of the leading drivers of many serious diseases including heart disease, cancer, type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer's disease and even obesity. Pomegranates have potent anti-inflammatory properties, which are largely caused by the antioxidant properties of these fruits. Test-tube studies have shown that pomegranates can reduce inflammatory activity in the digestive tract, as well as in breast cancer and colon cancer cells.
