To stay positive, consider what you let into your mind. Ask yourself: Who are the 3 most negative people I spend time with? What are the 3 of most negative sources of information I spend time on? Then start spending less time with one of those people or information sources this week and spend more of the time you have now freed up with one of the most positive sources or people in your life. positivityblog.com

The endocrine system is a network of glands that produces all the hormones used by the body. In addition to well-known sex hormones like testosterone and estrogen, it also secretes important hormones like insulin and adrenaline. Endocrine disruptors are chemicals that interfere with this system. They are also known as endocrine-disrupting chemicals or EDCs and can affect the body in three main ways: They may block the pathway between a natural hormone and a receptor; act directly on a gland, causing it to make too much or too little of a hormone; and/or mimic a hormone, causing the body to overreact or to react at the wrong time. How to Avoid Endocrine Disruptors: Buy organic produce. If you can't, wash your produce well, or peel it if possible; Choose foods that are less processed and come with a minimum of packaging; Choose products that don't contain fragrances; Avoid plastics and store foods in glass or stainless steel. This is a case of a 6-year-old female who suffered from congenital torticollis (head tilt from the birth process). Computerized tomography (CT scan) of the brain revealed plagiocephaly (when a baby develops a flat spot on one side of the head or the whole back of the head). Left facial asymmetry was demonstrated on visual observation. The patient received chiropractic adjustments to correct this. She tolerated the care well and experienced substantial changes in clinical presentation including a distinct improvement in head-tilt. The improvement in head-tilt has been maintained for a period of 1 year. The positive results observed with this patient lead the authors of this study to recommend that additional studies be undertaken to assess whether these clinical observations can be replicated in other cases of congenital torticollis. Like most citrus fruits, tangerines are rich in vitamin C, which is good for your immune system. Vit. C works to boost your immune system by acting as an antioxidant that protects your cells from the damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are highly reactive atoms that are produced when the substances in your body react with each other. This process is called oxidation, and the free radicals that oxidation produces can trigger cell death. Vitamin C's antioxidant power comes from its ability to scavenge free radicals and disarm their propensity for damage. verywellfit.com
