Alicia, a native of Atlantic County, embodies dedication and ambition. Currently enrolled at ACCC, she's pursuing a degree in forensic psychology while serving dutifully in the National Guard, having been deployed to Kuwait in defense of our nation. Her resolute nature shines through as she balances her academic pursuits with her military responsibilities.

In 2023, Alicia expanded her horizons by undertaking studies to become a licensed chiropractic assistant, augmenting her skill set to provide therapeutic treatments and assist in patient examinations. Since 2020, she has been an integral part of the Atlantic County Family Spine team, where her commitment to excellence is evident.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Alicia is a fervent advocate for fitness, immersing herself in various exercise routines. She cherishes quality time spent with her parents and three siblings, showcasing her strong familial bonds and wholesome values.

Maria was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and moved to the United States at 19. While the DR will always feel like home, she’s embraced her life here and the meaningful work she does each day.

Since joining the Atlantic County Family Spine team in 2022, Maria has brought compassion, dedication, and a genuine desire to help others to her role as a Licensed Chiropractic Assistant. With a background in healthcare training and hands-on experience, she plays a key role in supporting patient care—whether she’s assisting with treatments, managing therapy sessions, or simply making sure patients feel seen, heard, and supported.

Maria finds the greatest reward in seeing the difference chiropractic care makes—watching patients leave feeling better than when they walked in, often with a smile on their face. She thrives in the team-oriented environment and takes pride in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside the office, Maria enjoys gardening, cooking, and indulging in her creative side through knitting and crocheting—a hobby that often surprises those who know her! She also loves taking peaceful walks with her lovely dog and cherishes quality time with her family, whether they’re relaxing at home or enjoying a night out together.
