You Are What You Think! Understand that our mind is like a mental bank. With positive thoughts, it grows your personal bank account of feeling great. With negative thoughts it withdraws from your personal account, taking all positives from you and filling your life with negative energy. Be aware of what you fill your head with each day. That mental real estate that you have between your ears is your most valuable asset!  gravitymaker.blogspot.com

A nasal spray containing nitric oxide has been shown to reduce the viral load in COVID-19 cases by 95% within 24 hours, and 99% in 72 hours. The research, published in the Journal of Infection, is now in Phase II clinical trials. A group of 80 adults (18-70 years) with confirmed (Alpha strain) Covid-19 infections were divided into two groups, with half receiving nitric oxide nasal spray (NONS) that was self-administered 5-6 times daily for 9 days. The goal of the nasal spray is to kill the virus present in the upper airways, preventing it from incubating and making its way to the lungs. Study authors said the treatment "was found to be effective and safe in reducing the viral load in patients with mild, symptomatic COVID-19 infection." One study found that a single blast of the over-the-counter sinus spray Xlear (made with grapefruit seed extract and xylitol) could reduce and nearly eliminate SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. In a press release Xlear study authors said the study breaks new ground because they found the spray could also help stave off H1N1 and emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants. Xlear.com indicates the spray can be purchased at dozens of pharmacies and grocery stores. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

For many seniors one of the most common problems related to aging is from injuries that are associated with falling. Studies indicate that more than one third of seniors 65 and older fall each year, and that injuries related to falling can account for a large majority of the bone fractures in the elderly population. With regular chiropractic care, the risk of falls can be reduced. Such care can also provide increased balance, coordination, flexibility, mobility and strength; all of which can further reduce the possibility of bone fractures associated with falling as one grows older. Who do you know that could use chiropractic care? seniorcitizensguide.com

Green beans may help reduce the risk of heart disease due to their high levels of flavonoids. Test subjects with high flavonoid levels experienced anti-thrombotic results, preventing blood clots in the arteries and veins. Green beans included in your diet may help reduce the risk of colon cancer, as well as improved regulation of diabetes. They provide a boost to your immune system and can contribute to the elimination of harmful free radicals. These nutrient-packed beans also provide benefits to the health of your eyes and bones, while regulating your digestive processes. Green beans have also been shown to reduce the risk of birth defects for pregnant women. organicfacts.net
