Inner peace starts with setting limits. If your life is overfilled, you may need to set some limits. So stop doing some of the least important things, the things that honestly don’t matter that much. Set a limit for how many times you will check inboxes, Instagram, Twitter etc. per day. And say no if you really don’t have the time. positivityblog.com

After the passage of California SB 277 in 2015 which removed parental rights to refuse vaccines for their children (except for medical reasons) parents began coming to Dr. Ron Kennedy to see if they could receive a medical exemption for vaccines. He believes that so many parents came to him because other doctors were afraid to write medical vaccine exemptions, fearing reprisals from the California State Medical Board. He states that doctors fear the loss of their medical license for writing vaccine medical exemptions. This is reportedly what the Medical Board has also tried to do with the popular Dr. Bob Sears. The California Medical Board goes from school to school demanding medical records of children, without any permission from the parents. Dr. Kennedy says that according to his attorney, this practice by the Medical Board violates two federal laws and two state laws. The Medical Board then allegedly examines these medical records of school children to find out which doctors are writing vaccine medical exemptions, and then goes after those doctors. No doctor has been willing to stand up to this practice until now. He is suing each of the 14 members of the State Medical Board in California. healthimpactnews.com

Carbs are OK: It is OK to eat your favorite starch or carbohydrate dish at a special dinner/event, just make sure you take one serving of it and try to add it to your plate last. That way there won’t be that much room to overdo it. everydayhealth.com

If I eat properly and exercise regularly, why would I need a chiropractor? When we talk about health, we often leave out several key components. Proper balance, healthy spinal motion and a resulting healthy nervous system are all integral to health. Very often, the missing piece of the puzzle in the picture of health is a healthy spine and nervous system. During exercise, it is important to have your spine moving properly and your body to be balanced. If you hit a large pothole in your vehicle, the tire may not be affected immediately, but if you keep driving with this imbalance, eventually the tire will wear out, along with all its attached components. Your spine works in the same way. If your spine is imbalanced, the physical impacts of exercise will actually wear it out faster. Likewise, if you are taking the time and energy to eat well, you want your body storing and using those nutrients at an optimum level. Eating well and exercising do not replace the need for chiropractic. If you have 100% life energy flowing through your body, healthy eating and exercise will only push you in a more positive direction. chiropracticfortheworld.org

Pineapples are a great way to cleanse and detoxify your system. This fruit contains bromelain, a digestive enzyme that helps cleanse your colon and improve digestion. Excessive inflammation, excessive coagulation of the blood, and certain types of tumor growth may all be reduced by the bromelain in pineapples. Two molecules isolated from an extract of crushed pineapple stems have even shown promise in fighting cancer growth. healthyaeon.com
