Keep getting back up: “The secret of life, though, is to fall seven times and to get up eight times.” Because the eighth time could be your breakthrough. Some of the greatest novels in history were published after receiving hundreds of rejections. Thankfully, those authors never gave up. Paulo Coelho paulocoelhoblog.com

A document from the US government’s National Vital Statistics System (NVSS) has surfaced revealing that the COVID-19 death rate may be severely inflated. The NVSS is now directing hospitals to define deaths merely suspected to be linked to COVID-19 as confirmed on death certificates. The NVSS coordinates different state health departments of the US states and the National Center for Health Statistics, a division of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The NVSS statement (full release in text on the website) directs those recording death certificates to identify the cause of death to be COVID-19 even when it is only "assumed to have caused or contributed to death" The NVSS directives also reveal that they are not likely to pursue confirmation of these cases in the future. This indicates that so-called "confirmed COVID-19 deaths" reported through national health databases and the media at large are, in fact, not being confirmed and that these COVID death numbers are actually overinflated. greenmedinfo.com

The following is a chiropractic case study showing the reduction in severity of anxiety, measured with the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A), in 5 patients receiving chiropractic care: Five patients from one chiropractic office with a chief concern of anxiety as determined by pre and post care HAM-A assessments, heart rate variability (HRV) and thermography studies were performed. The patients, aged 24 to 53 years, also had a variety of musculoskeletal complaints. Chiropractic care was then provided for the correction of vertebral subluxation (spinal misalignments). Visit schedules ranged from 6 to 12 weeks. The patients reported improvements in their original complaints and also in other non-back or anxiety-like symptoms. Each patient had significant improvement in their HAM-A scores improving from moderate/severe anxiety to mild or mild/moderate. Also noted was improved autonomic nervous system function measured through HRV and thermography. Dysautonomia (autonomic dysfunction) is a condition in which the autonomic nervous system does not work properly. This may affect the functioning of the heart, bladder, intestines, sweat glands, pupils, and blood vessels. vertebralsubluxationresearch.com

Onions have many valuable medicinal applications because of the nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and organic compounds contained in them. These vegetables also contain minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, selenium, and phosphorus, and they are a good source of vitamin C, vitamin B6, and dietary fiber too. organicfacts.net
