Be unrealistic! "I see the world in terms of what I would like to see happen, not what actually does." Some of the greatest inventions would not have happened if people chose to accept the world as it is. Great achievements and innovations begin with a mindset that ignores the impossible. A new study shows that mask mandates do the opposite of what they are supposed to do. They actually encourage the virus to spread through communities, rather than stop it. Researchers examined cases covering a 229-day period running from May 1 through Dec. 15 and compared the days in which state governments had imposed mask mandates and the days when they hadn't. The reverse correlation was "remarkable," study authors said. The authors concluded that mask mandates not only don't work, but actually increase the infection rates. Example: when they looked at eight counties in Florida that had the mandates, there were an average of 24 cases per 100,000 people, per day. When their mask mandates were removed, only 17 cases per 100,000 people were reported. There's no evidence that protective-mask mandates are correlated with a reduced spread of the coronavirus, they stated. "If anything, the opposite is true," So… why are we wearing masks??  theepochtimes.com

Increased amounts of sugar, financial obligations, parties, alcohol, etc. from the holidays can all add to stress in January… especially the central nervous system. The nervous system filters and processes stress and hormone related spikes. An improperly functioning central nervous system tends to become more compromised by sickness, fatigue, and general despair. Research demonstrated a link between chiropractic adjustments and stress. The study showed that one spinal adjustment improved blood plasma biomarkers linked to stress response. Blood samples were taken before, immediately after, and two hours after the spinal adjustment. The results showed that chiropractic improved hormones linked to reducing stress and pain in the body! This landmark study shows why chiropractic patients experience benefits beyond just back and neck pain relief. Chiropractic reduces stress in the nervous system and subsequently opens a doorway for better sleep, energy, healing, and function. Just 1 tablespoon of chia seeds contains 5 g of fiber, 3 g of protein, 2282 mg of Omega 3 and 752 mg of Omega 6 fatty acids. A significant concentration of fiber combined with their ability to absorb 10 times their weight in water also makes chia seeds excellent for maintaining regularity. They're also extremely nutrient-dense, with one of the highest antioxidant concentrations of any known food! onegreenplanet.org
