Tidbit #1: Choose 1 Thing/Habit To Focus On For Now

If you have found several things or habits you’d like to change, focus on just one at a time. Spreading yourself too thin pretty much always leads to failure because life tends to get in the way. If you have a regular life, then you probably won’t have the time and energy to change three things at once even though you really hope and think you can.

Before the COVID pandemic, Dr. Paul Marik became well-known for his development of a highly effective sepsis protocol using intravenous vitamin C, which resulted in a dramatic reduction in mortality rates. In 2020, he cofounded the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) and published one of the most comprehensive and effective protocols for treating COVID-19, called MATH+. While COVID mortality in Marik’s ICU was half that of his peers, the hospital banned the protocol from being used. Marik sued to get MATH+ reinstated, at which point he was put through a sham peer review. The hospital levied fabricated charges against him and his hospital privileges were immediately suspended. After Marik’s long tenure with numerous accolades, the hospital reported him to the National Practitioner Data Bank, which makes it near-impossible to get a medical license again in any state. It effectively ended his clinical career, but he’s taking a new route. Knowing the falsehoods that conventional medicine has been built upon, he’s now researching and developing health protocols using lifestyle modification, diet and repurposed drugs.

Tidbit #3: Weight Loss Tip Anyone Can Follow

Drink a glass of water before you dive into a calorie-laden snack. Sometimes thirst can be confused with hunger, so if you drink water first you may feel less hungry. Herbal tea (unsweetened) and flavored sparkling water are good options if you're craving more than plain water.

This is a recent case study on the positive health outcomes following chiropractic care experienced by a 7-year-old boy with autism. The boy went to a chiropractic clinic with chief complaints of stimming (repetitive body movements), poor social skills, lack of comprehension, and decreased executive function. He was diagnosed as autistic at the age of three years and nine months. He received chiropractic care, starting off with very gentle chiropractic techniques and cranial adjustments. Exercises to inhibit persistent primitive reflexes were given for the patient to do at home. The mother reported improvement of the autistic behavior after less than three months of chiropractic care. Conclusion: This case study demonstrates the relationship between chiropractic care and decrease in autistic symptoms. Although multiple case and clinical studies show positive outcomes between chiropractic care and autism, further research should be conducted.

The deep stages of sleep are believed to be the most restorative and essential to feeling well rested in the morning. Valerian root is widely used to help improve sleep quality and quantity, especially for deep sleep. Studies suggest that the herb valerian works by blocking an enzyme that interferes with GABA’s (an amino acid) function, leading to an increased feeling of calm. Valerian root tea can be used as a sleep aid. Research from 2020 Trusted Source found that the herb valerian is effective in increasing time spent in deep sleep and reducing the amount of time it takes to fall asleep.
