For many years, doctors have received bonuses for adherence to the latest drug therapy protocols that are known to be dangerous such as statins and anti-depressants. And now we know that insurance companies are paying doctors to fully vaccinate your children. This incentive program for vaccinating babies can be found in the Blue Cross Blue Shield doctor incentives booklet. It specifies that every patient under the age of two that receives the currently prescribed 24 inoculations is worth a $400 payout to that doctor. For further motivation, Blue Cross Blue Shield rules say they have to vaccinate at least 63% of their total patients or they don’t get anything. The average American pediatrician has about fifteen hundred patients and would have to have 945 of them fully vaccinated in order to get paid. At $40,000 for every hundred this works out to $360,000 every year! This is why most pediatricians won’t provide care for families who don’t completely submit to the latest childhood vaccine schedule protocol.

Studies show that if you eat while distracted you eat 10% more at that meal and 25% more at the next meal! But, if you focus on your food, you will eat 10% less at your next meal. So turn off the distractions, look at your food, smell your food, and think about your food. This will help the food to register with your brain.

Numerous case and clinical studies are revealing that there is a relationship between abnormalities in the spine, the nervous system and the various health challenges that infants experience, especially following birth trauma. In one case report a 14-day-old male infant was suffering from a birth injury to the nerves that supply the shoulder, arm, and hand. The Caesarean delivery was difficult and involved “a lot of tugging.” Although the medical staff acknowledged the injury, nothing was done because imaging did not confirm any issues. The baby experienced a total loss of function in his right arm after delivery. The chiropractor in this study examined the infant and found a structural shift in his neck. This can lead to obstruction of the nerves and it is this obstruction, called vertebral subluxations, that chiropractors correct. After a few chiropractic adjustments, the infant regained full function and improved muscle tone in his arm. Who do you know that could benefit from chiropractic care?

Just 1 tablespoon of chia seeds contains 5 g of fiber, 3 g of protein, 2282 mg of Omega 3 and 752 mg of Omega 6 fatty acids. A significant concentration of fiber combined with their ability to absorb 10 times their weight in water also makes chia seeds excellent for maintaining regularity. They’re also extremely nutrient-dense, with one of the highest antioxidant concentrations of any known food!
