Try aromatherapy to ease your mind. It takes just a minute to drip some lavender, frankincense, or another essential oil into a diffuser. Or, mix a few drops into your favorite carrier oil (such as jojoba), rub into your hands, and inhale. The soothing scents may help send stress and anxiety packing by stimulating receptors in the nose that connect to the part of the brain that regulates emotions.

In a recent survey of 269 embalmers across four major countries and three continents, more than 70% reported finding strange fibrous white blood clots in significant percentages of corpses in 2023. These types of clots were not found before the pandemic. A similar survey conducted in late 2022 revealed that 66% of embalmers began finding the unusual clots in mid-2021, suggesting a temporal link to the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines, which began earlier that year. Former Air Force Major Thomas Haviland, said he conceived of the project after he watched the documentary, “Died Suddenly,” where embalmers reported observing unprecedented fibrous masses clogging arteries.

Tidbit #3: Diet Tip

Put less food out and you’ll take less in. You probably already know it… the more food in front of you, the more you’ll eat… regardless of how hungry you are. So instead of using regular dinner plates that range these days from 10 to 14” (making them look empty if they’re not heaped with food), serve your main course on salad plates (about 7 to 9” wide). Instead of 16-ounce glasses and oversized coffee mugs, return to the old days of 8-ounce glasses and 6-ounce coffee cups.

Chiropractic care can save you $$$... A study of 12,036 records in the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS) investigated the costs of taking care of patients with low back and neck pain. The study estimated the costs for care among complementary and alternative medicine (CAM-chiropractic, homeopathy, herbalism, acupuncture, and massage) for users relative to non-users. This study included a chiropractic-specific analysis of costs for chiropractic users versus non-users, as approximately 75% of all CAM services that were rendered by doctors of chiropractic. The analysis demonstrated that seeing a CAM/chiropractic provider did not add to overall medical spending. In fact, adjusted annual healthcare costs among chiropractic users were $424 lower for spine-related costs when compared to non-CAM users. Additionally, those who used complementary and alternative providers, including doctors of chiropractic, had significantly lower hospitalization costs. Who do you know that could benefit from chiropractic care?

Yams (sweet potatoes) are an excellent source of vitamins C and B6, with 1 cup providing approximately 20% of your daily requirement of each of these nutrients. Vit. C assists in tissue repair and wound healing, and its antioxidant properties help offset the cell-damaging effects of free radicals in your body. Manganese, copper and potassium are abundant in yams. Manganese helps detoxify your body. Copper helps your body produce proteins like hemoglobin, elastin and collagen. Potassium is involved in energy production, muscle contraction, and nerve impulses.
