Before you decide which goals you want to achieve, how you plan to do it, or even what manifestation technique you’re going to use, start with your vision first. A clear picture of where you’re headed not only keeps you motivated to keep pursuing your goal but also helps you make decisions along the way

Based on public data provided by the CDC, researchers reported in the British Medical Journal estimated in the fall of 2022 that at least 31,207–42,836 young adults aged 18–29 years must be boosted with an mRNA vaccine to prevent one Omicron-related COVID-19 hospitalization over 6 months. Given the fact that this estimate does not take into account the protection conferred by prior infection or a risk adjustment for comorbidity status, this should be considered a conservative and optimistic assessment of benefit. Their estimate shows that university COVID-19 vaccine mandates are likely to cause net expected harm to young healthy adults. For each hospitalization averted, they estimate approximately 18.5 SAEs (serious adverse events) and 1,430–4,626 disruptions of daily activities. This is not outweighed by a proportionate public health benefit. Serious COVID-19 vaccine-associated harms are not adequately compensated for by current US vaccine injury systems. As such, these severe infringements of individual liberty and human rights are ethically unjustifiable

Want to squeeze in some exercise? Squat while you brush your teeth. It may sound (and will definitely look) funny, but it’s effective for three reasons: you’ll have a cleaner smile, a tighter tush, and a small part in saving the planet. Squatting while brushing will make you brush your teeth for longer, turn the water off while brushing, and build stronger glutes in the process

Cost is an important factor when we're considering our health-care options. We want quality care that works without racking up unnecessary medical bills. A growing body of research shows that chiropractic is both effective and less expensive than more invasive medical treatments. In a recent study, researchers analyzed the medical spending of over 12,000 adults with spine conditions. They discovered that people who use alternative therapies have lower annual healthcare costs compared to patients receiving traditional medical treatments. Chiropractic care contributed significantly to reduced costs since chiropractic accounted for 75% of alternative therapy use. Earlier research has found that chiropractic prevented recurring disability in patients with back pain which could help to minimize medical spending. Studies have also suggested that chiropractic cuts cost for patients by helping them avoid unnecessary procedures, tests, surgeries, and expensive drugs. Instead, chiropractors work to harness the body's innate healing capabilities.

Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) are brimming with vitamins and minerals. These include choline, which helps your brain and nervous system run smoothly, as well as folate, magnesium, potassium and iron. Chickpeas are also high in vitamin A, E and C. Because chickpeas are so high in fiber, they also help prevent constipation, which has the added bonus of keeping your gastrointestinal (gut) health in tip-top shape.
