About the Law of Attraction: you manifest what you think. If you have positive thoughts, you manifest positivity in your actual life. But if you have negative thoughts, you will only attract negative things in your life. So, if you want to attract good things, start changing your thoughts from negative to positive. This acts as a signal to the Universe that you are only seeking positivity, and negativity doesn’t have any space in your life or dreams. successconsciousness.com

It’s become increasingly well-known that nonstick cookware, pizza boxes and stain repellents, have long been manufactured with potentially harmful chemicals known as PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances). Even though PFAS’ use in manufacturing has declined, they are “forever chemicals” that don’t break down over time. Research has now revealed that high levels of these chemicals can accumulate in women’s bodies and may cause menopause to occur earlier than usual, which may affect women’s heart and bone health and possibly lead to quality-of-life issues that are more common after menopause. PFAS most often occur through contaminated drinking water and eating fish that live in contaminated water. To avoid these possible sources of exposure, check with your local or state health and environmental quality departments for PFAS water contamination or fish advisories in your area. bottomlineinc.com

Diet Tip: Snack On Apples and Berries Every Day. They contain the antioxidants anthocyanins, powerful disease-fighting plant compounds. Munch on the fruits alone, or combine with protein for extra satiety: apples with a small piece of cheese, or peanut butter, and berries with Greek yogurt or oatmeal help keep cravings to a minimum. thehealthy.com

A recent survey of European chiropractors confirmed that chiropractic is safe for kids. Less than 1% of children experienced side effects from chiropractic adjustments, and they were all mild. No serious side effects were reported. The survey included 956 chiropractors from 20 different European countries who had a total of nearly 20,000 pediatric visits a month. In the survey, 57% of pediatric patients had musculoskeletal conditions, 23% had neurological issues, 12% had gastrointestinal complaints, and a smaller number had infections or other miscellaneous concerns. Children represented 8.1% of chiropractors' patient base in Europe, lower than in the US average of 17%. As more parents realize the benefits and safety of chiropractic for children, many chiropractors say they're beginning to see more kids in their offices according to a recent story from WAFB 9 News. chirohosting.com

Research has shown that cranberry juice binds to bacteria, preventing them from sticking to cell walls and causing urinary tract infections, and regular cranberry juice consumption can reduce the risk of stomach cancer and ulcers in some people by killing the H. pylori bacteria. Your teeth can even benefit from cranberries. A compound in the fruit known as proanthocyanidine, can prevent plaque from forming on teeth. naturalnews.com naturalnews.com
