2 In a groundbreaking multinational study conducted by the Global Vaccine Data Network (GVDN), researchers have shed light on the safety of COVID-19 vaccines among a cohort of 99 million vaccinated individuals. This study included multiple countries and is providing crucial insights into vaccine safety. Some of the countries included were: Denmark, New Zealand, Argentina, Canada, Finland, Australia, Scotland. Here’s what the study found about how certain health issues showed up after people got their COVID-19 vaccines: Neurological Conditions: like Guillain-Barré syndrome and seizures: Blood Clot and Platelet Conditions: Heart Conditions: like myocarditis (heart inflammation) were significantly higher than expected after the first, second, and third doses of mRNA vaccines (like Pfizer and Moderna). What this means: The study noticed that after getting certain COVID-19 vaccine doses, some people experienced health issues like nerve and heart problems, or blood clots more than what was expected by the so-called experts. 4 Chiropractic Boosts Antioxidants! Researchers looked at 23 subjects ranging in age from 26 to 50 who suffered with chronic pain in their backs or necks. Each subject received chiropractic adjustments twice a week for a period of five weeks to see what effect, if any, this type of care had on the subjects' antioxidant activity. Blood samples were taken both before and after the chiropractic sessions. The participants were checked for three specific antioxidant levels: superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase, and glutathione peroxidase (GPx). All three of these are known to provide protection to your cells against free radicals which can cause oxidation of cells (like rust on metal). Researchers discovered that while the participant's levels of activity of the antioxidant catalase didn't change after just over a month of chiropractic care, the activity levels of both SOD and GPx did. This suggests that undergoing regular chiropractic care can boost the function of antioxidants in your body, thus providing you greater protection from major medical conditions and issues. It’s not about your back… it’s about your health!

Cloves are spices that are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Cloves have been used as a tonic in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine to strengthen the immune system, reduce inflammation, and aid in digestion. Current research suggests that cloves can lower blood sugar, relieve tooth pain, and maybe even improve your sex life. The spice also has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties and can be used as a disinfectant.
